The Restaurant

Hansom’s Restaurant enjoys a real sense of tradition and an excellent fine-dining experience.  With its resident pianist, original oil paintings and romantic chandeliers, you are taken back to an altogether more gentle and refined era.

Hansom’s exudes an opulent ambience.  Its long, graceful windows look towards the sea and backdrop of the mountains.  Silver-service staff enhance the sense of occasion, and it comes as no surprise that diners from near and far choose to dress up for Sunday lunch here.

New Head Chef, Mark Owen, is passionate about food, offering creative, interesting dishes, using wherever possible the best of local produce meticulously presented.  A varied choice of menus are complemented by an extensive wine list.

Our delicious Sunday lunches are renowned for their excellent value, with four-courses available for only £15.95.

Sunday lunch accompanied by our resident pianist is served from noon until 2.30pm, with dinner service being offered every evening from 7pm until 9pm.
